Note: the Community Plan (Our Scottish Borders; a vision for the future 2006-2016), has been replaced by the SOA but the SOA still helps us to work towards the vision in the community plan- our communities are strong and inclusive; our economy is dynamic and provides opportunities for everyone; our precious environment is respected, protected and enhanced.
