Why has New Ways changed recently?

Answer : It has changed to be better placed to deliver the Borders "Single Outcome Agreement" (SOA) a new requirement from Scottish Government. The new Borders Strategic Board, and the 3 themes (Competitive Borders, Healthy Borders and Strong & Safe Borders) plus the cross-cutting "Fairer Borders" group  set us up to deal with the outcomes we need to work towards.
